Interior Painting includes:

1. All heavy furniture to be moved by contractor to the middle of the room and covered with NEW plastics. (Homeowner is responsible for removing all small breakables.)
2. All floors will be protected with clean rubber-backed canvas, professional-use drop-cloths
3. All window treatments will be removed by contractor and replaced when work is completed.
4. All switch plates are removed prior to painting and are replaced after painted is completed.
5. All nail holes, picture hanging holes, curtain rod holes, and minor occasions of loose plaster will be repaired. ( Any major sheetrock repair can be done at an additional cost to the owner.)
6. All woodwork is sanded and checked for imperfections. Imperfections large enough to fill will be filled with appropriate wood filler, then sanded and primed before any finish coat is applied.
7. All caulking on ANY cracks where wood meets wood or wood meets drywall will be done using Acrylic Latex Caulking which comes with a manufacturer warranty of not less than 50 years of durability.
8. When work is complete all work areas will be vacuumed and all furniture will be replaced to its original place.

1. All surfaces to be painted will be thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt or mildew before painting.
2. All loose paint, caulking, and glazing will be removed.
3. All caulking will be replaced with silicone acrylic latex caulk with a manufactures warranty of not less than 50 years of durability. Glazing will also be replaced if necessary.
4. All areas where preparation or painting is taking place will be covered with drop cloths (driveways, walkways, shrubbery, etc.)
5. All areas where loose paint has been removed to the point of exposing bare wood will be spot-primed with proper primer-sealer before any finish coatings are applied.
6. All caulking of any cracks where wood meets wood or wood meets brick or any siding material will be done using Acrylic latex caulking which comes with a manufacturers warranty of not less than 50 years of durability.
7. The highest quality top of the line paint products will then be applied.
8. When work is completed all work areas will be cleaned to clients satisfaction.
